The expansive garden style property in Studio City was once the everyday hang-out for actors from the golden-age of movies and television, the location for countless productions, and the home-base for touring rock bands when they hit the L.A. market.

JWA was retained to oversee the transformation of the brand. We polished the aging hotel’s image into one of the city’s most vibrant and exciting new boutique hotel offerings. Over a two year period, we worked to reinvent and redefine the hotel in the hearts and minds of not only the media, but the local community.
