After a decade of riding state lines between Los Angeles and Las Vegas as the Vice President of Marketing for the Hard Rock Café and the world’s first Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Jeff Wagner set out to link the two entertainment capitals of the world under one name.
Since 2002, the Jeff Wagner Agency has been the creative voice for brands in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Palm Springs, & beyond.

The shear scope of Jeff’s background has shaped the way he approaches each project and assignment today. His story began in music working with legendary acts of the 80s and 90s, before embracing a decade-long stint re-creating the Hard Rock Café brand and developing the new Hard Rock Hotel and Casino concept. He traveled the globe closing down streets, lent a hand in breaking new artists, created an action-sports tour long before the X Games, launched a branded record label and helped to create the concept of the hybrid restaurant/music venue. The opening of the Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas meant managing celebrity-studded events such as The Rolling Stones, The Eagles, the Billboard Music Awards, multiple television tapings and the launch of the summer pool parties. The Las Vegas love affair began.
He launched his first agency in 2002 with creative partner Eric Junker and created his new agency in 2011. Being in Los Angeles provided a unique perspective on what was taking shape in Las Vegas, as well as the ability to understand how Las Vegas should be marketing their concepts to the Los Angeles market. Conversely, spending so much time in Las Vegas allowed him to absorb the ‘bigger than life’ atmosphere that is Vegas and transport ideas and trends back to LA. Today, the story continues with the help of an amazing and dedicated crew, and a diverse client list.
