LAS VEGAS (Oct 7, 2020) – By popular demand, front man of Las Vegas' own The Lique, Rasar Amani, once again brings music history and performance back with The Vinyl Say - a Virtual Pop Up on Instagram Live from The Writer's Block at The Lucy on Saturday, October 24. The virtual special event will feature a pre-show starting at 6 p.m. with the performance from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Previously a monthly live event, The Vinyl Say returns for a second time in a virtual format as industry veteran and renowned hip hop chronicler Rasar Amani continues to explore some of the most transformative albums of yesterday and today through reviews, hot takes, Q&A’s, and special performances with Las Vegas’ most conscience musicians. A collision between music, history, and artistry, for this special event Amani will explore what is widely considered one of the greatest hip hop albums of all time “Moment of Truth” the fifth album released by hip hop duo Gang Starr. "The Vinyl Say w/ Rasar Amani" is presented in tandem by The Writer's Block Book and Coffee Shop and The Lucy, a first-of-its-kind creative community in Downtown Las Vegas.
