The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace Names Lea Willingham Senior General Manager

Premier retail destination also appoints Shane Wheatley Assistant General Manager

LAS VEGAS (Nov. 12, 2019) - The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, in conjunction with Simon Property Group, recently announced that retail industry veteran Lea Willingham has been named the new Senior General Manager of the premier retail destination. Additionally, Shane Wheatley has been appointed Assistant General Manager. Willingham brings 30 years of experience in the shopping center industry and has managed luxury shopping centers, mixed use developments, and office buildings during her career. Most recently, Willingham was the General Manager of The Shops at Crystals in Las Vegas. With a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University, Willingham has also received Shopping Center Manager and Marketing Director Certification from the International Council of Shopping Centers. In the role as Senior General Manager, Willingham will manage all aspects of the center's day to day operations and will work to maximize brand exposure and facilitate leasing the property. Wheatley also joins The Forum Shops management team after previously serving in a similar capacity at The Shops at Crystals. Prior to that, Wheatley worked in marketing for Budget Car Rental and WVC. Wheatley earned his Bachelor of Science degree from University Nevada, Las Vegas.
