AVANT is a multi-building mid-rise community adjacent to L.A. Live in the South Park neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles. We were enlisted by developer Century West Partners to create a breakthrough branding campaign. To group all creative efforts under a unifying concept, we created a new type of downtown curator: the AVANTeur. Via a multi-tiered campaign, the market was introduced to not just a new luxury property, but an attractive new lifestyle.
